Zaboka exists to build the largest library of Haitian brands, assets, and creative resources. Our goal is to make local design materials more accessible while giving credit to the people and organizations behind them.

2- Using Zaboka

• You may browse, download, and use brand assets found on Zaboka for educational, editorial, or reference purposes.

• You agree not to misuse Zaboka content for illegal, defamatory, or misleading projects

• You are responsible for verifying how each brand or asset may be used. Some materials belong to third parties and might have their own copyright or trademark restrictions.

  
  

3- Contributing to Zaboka

• When you submit a brand or asset, you confirm that you have the right to share it publicly or that it qualifies as fair use (for example, public logos or identity materials).

• Zaboka reserves the right to review, modify, or remove submissions that appear inaccurate, incomplete, or violate intellectual property laws.

• By contributing, you grant Zaboka permission to display and distribute your submission within the platform and its related projects (like Greenbox or social media posts).

We believe in recognition over ownership. When using assets from Zaboka:

• Giving credit to the brand, creator, or to ZabokaHQ.com is appreciated but not required.

• All brand names, logos, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

• Zaboka does not claim ownership of any brands displayed on the platform.
